Hi I Am 28 yrs old but my weight is 42kg please help me tell me how i gain my weight My Diet Is Proper But Its Not To Help My Weight Gain

it is true i have other problem im try to losing my weight.
increasing weight is too easy first do
one day- jogging you got hungry or you eat more.
if yes then do jogging week 3 day.
if not work dont do.

second,
eat sweet and spicy food you like. dont eat vegetable. bcose vegetable increase metabolism. and your body doesnt pickup fat. ok. it is work.

third, :eating:
eat lots of potato bhaji, meat, chicken, cream milk, ice cream, chocklet, eat burger, samosa, wadapaw eat lots of junk food. do this in one week you will see your weight increase. :cooking:
